If products purchased are not registered within 10days of receving your product , we will not accept it , this is due to us keeping track and also maintaining our Service & Quality standards.

All Products Sold comes with Warranty

Sennheiser Products : 1 Year warranty 





WARNING!
the warranty does not cover damage due to your own fault
eg. dropping it on the floor, spilling water on it, dismantling the object.
The 1 to 1 exchange will be determined by us depending whether the type of damage done to the earphones is done by you or by manufacturer's defect. - our word is final
 

Q: Exchanges | Refunds

  • We have a final sale policy. No refunds, and no exchanges policy. All items are sold AS-IS. All sales are Final.
  • No refunds or exchanges or replacements are allowed UNLESS during the meet-up for collection of your order, when you do an IMMEDIATE and THROUGH inspection, you notice any damages or flaws to the product. Once we part, the transaction will be considered final and completed.
  • For product(s) specially brought in for you, a minimal deposit is usually collected so as to ensure genuine interest of purchase by you. There will be no refunds or cancellations on such orders as full payment of the product has already been made by us on your behalf. The item may be backordered on the manufacturer's end which is not in our control. Hence, patience would be required for such orders. Therefore, REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE.
